Update from Austin

Back when I first moved to Austin (ok, second moved to Austin. Third, if you want to be technical about it) 5 years ago, I would send out weekly "Update from Austin" emails to friends and family. Then they became semi-weekly, then sporadic, and then they just sort of stopped. And now, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Update from Austin is back!

I'll write a longer post with a short synopsis of the past 5 years soon, but right now I'm at work and just wanted to get this set up.

My plan is once again to post weekly - sometimes more, sometimes (inevitably) less.
